All Sport & Social Club sports require equipment. Sometimes equipment is provided onsite, and other times you will need to bring your own equipment. For some sports, you can rent equipment from us. Check out the list below to see if rental equipment is available.
The following sports have rental equipment options (that means you can bring your own or choose to make a refundable deposit and rent the equipment from us):
How do I rent equipment for my team? Scroll to the bottom of this page and use the registration function (click "individual" to see the equipment options). Then make a fully refundable equipment deposit using your credit card. You’ll get to borrow the equipment from us for the season*, and when you return it, we will give you a refund of your equipment deposit.
Not sure if your team needs equipment rentals? If you are an individual registrant (playing with others you have not yet met), please take the time to email your teammates to find out if equipment is needed. Then nominate one member of your team to make the equipment deposit and pick it up at one of the sessions indicated below. *Dodgeball, Futsal and Flag Football equipment is provided for individual teams to use for the season.
It is always the team’s responsibility to collect the rented equipment prior to your first game.

Are you a Champion from the Winter 2023 season?
Congrats! T-shirts for champions will be available at the equipment pick-up dates above.
Plan ahead - these locations are pop up events and OSSC staff do not work at these locations. We will NOT be at these locations outside these dates and hours. Multiple days are offered to accomodate as many members as possible. We kindly ask that members pick up their equipment ahead of their game day to avoid any rush from one location to another.
*We ask that players return rented equipment from the previous at the next upcoming Equipment Pick-up / Drop-off Session. Equipment that has not been returned within twelve months of the rental will be considered owned. No refund will be available after this time.
If you're only returning equipment, then you can attend any of the dates. If you're looking to return equipment AND pick up other equipment, then we recommend attending the specific sport dates for your convenience.

Futsal (one futsal ball) - $75.00 refundable deposit
Softball (set of throw-down softball bases, catcher's mask, three softballs) - $100.00 refundable deposit
