The learning never stops! This Volleyball program is a great balance between skill development and game play, and is the perfect setting to meet other volleyball enthusiasts.

In this 2 hour class, the first half will focus on skill development. In the second half, you will have the opportunity to put your skills into practice through game play.

** The Recreational program is geared towards players with under 1-2 years of experience or who want a brush-up in the fundamental basics of volleyball. Emphasis will be placed on serving, passing/digging, setting, blocking and attacking.

**The Intermediate program is geared towards players who already demonstrate the basic fundamentals, and can play games with rallies, usually accomplishing 3 passes with their team on the attack. This program is for players want to enhance their skill level to become a more proficient and competitive player. Join us our Badminton LEAGUE this season! Whether you're Recreational or Advanced, there is a skill level for everyone.

How it works: Teams and Individual players will register in an "Open" skill division and play in a practice ladder in week one. Teams and Individual players will then be placed into an appropriate skill division based on the ladder format results from week 1 to ensure the best possible experience! First official league games will commence in week two!

Each player will play a singles match against both players of the opposing team (first to 11). The fifth game will be a doubles match (first to 11, best 2 out of 3 sets).

The learning never stops! This Volleyball program is a great balance between skill development and game play, and is the perfect setting to meet other volleyball enthusiasts.

In this 2 hour class, the first half will focus on skill development. In the second half, you will have the opportunity to put your skills into practice through game play.

** The Recreational program is geared towards players with under 1-2 years of experience or who want a brush-up in the fundamental basics of volleyball. Emphasis will be placed on serving, passing/digging, setting, blocking and attacking.

**The Intermediate program is geared towards players who already demonstrate the basic fundamentals, and can play games with rallies, usually accomplishing 3 passes with their team on the attack. Play Soccer 7's in King's Court Fashion for 2 hours at the Louis Riel Dome! Online pre-registration is required and payment will not be taken on-site. All skill levels are welcome, we suggest basic understanding for a faster paced 7v7 soccer!

HOW IT WORKS:
Players will get a chance to play with and against different opponents in Kings Court fashion! Players will form teams of seven players and play five-minute games. The winner is determined by the end of 5 minutes or if they go up by two goals at any point of the game.

Winner stays on for a maximum of three games in a row while the loser of each game rotates in. A tie means both teams are off and join the rotation for two new teams to takeover and battle for supremacy while enjoying this casual and social drop-in style of play! It truly is 'Recess for Adults'!

HOW IT WORKS:
Players will get a chance to play with and against different opponents in Kings Court fashion! Players will form teams of seven players and play five-minute games. The winner is determined by the end of 5 minutes or if they go up by two goals at any point of the game.

The learning never stops! This Volleyball program is a great balance between skill development and game play, and is the perfect setting to meet other volleyball enthusiasts.

In this 2 hour class, the first half will focus on skill development. In the second half, you will have the opportunity to put your skills into practice through game play.

** The Recreational program is geared towards players with under 1-2 years of experience or who want a brush-up in the fundamental basics of volleyball. Emphasis will be placed on serving, passing/digging, setting, blocking and attacking.

**The Intermediate program is geared towards players who already demonstrate the basic fundamentals, and can play games with rallies, usually accomplishing 3 passes with their team on the attack. This program is for players want to enhance their skill level to become a more proficient and competitive player.
