In the fall of 2006, a team called "Take your Medicine" formed. It had a lot of doctors on it, hence the name. The team captain back then was Paul S. After Paul, Meghan M. captained the team and it became a summer and a fall team. Back then fall teams would play two days week. She stepped down, and two people stepped up, Claus and Dave. In 2009 Claus renamed the team to "Stretch Armstrong". Dave volunteered to also be captain as he was captain of another team and had been that team's captain for around 10 years. Dave's other team played on Mondays in the summer and was called Spastic Plastic. Eventually "Stretch Armstrong" became just a summer team. And Spastic was a fall team. Spastic and Stretch are sister teams. Claus and Dave stepped down as captains in 2024 and then Trev became captain.
