This class is ideal for those interested in exploring and learning SUP. Throughout the class, we cover how to balance and paddle efficiently, learn different types of strokes and freestyle moves all on calm sheltered waters.

The Nation's Capital has beautiful scenery which you will be able to explore while on the water (not to mention taking advantage of some fantastic selfie opportunities)!

Classes will be held throughout the National Capital Region, including Meech Lake, Ottawa River, Dow's Lake, Mousseau Lake, Pink Lake, Kingsmere Lake. Meet up locations will be emailed to you 2 days in advance of each class.
