This league is Recreational and mixed gender. Teams are required to have a minimum of 3 males and 3 females on the field at all times.

Location include (but are not limited to): Cummings Park, Combermere Park, New Edinburgh Park, Riverrain Park, Lawson Park.

Starting in mid-August, start times may be shifted earlier to account for earlier sunsets.

There are three ways to register - as an individual, and an individual with friends, or as a team!
