OSSC Ultimate field leagues are played 5-on-5 at a variety of Central Ottawa sports fields! get the squad together and grab a disc this Fall!

This Recreational League is mixed gender and requires all teams to always have a minimum of 2 men and 2 women on the field.

You can register three ways with OSSC - As an individual, as an individual with friends, or as a team! Don’t’ miss out as these leagues sell out fast!

MID-SUMMER 2023 ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

# OF GAMES: 8 games (6 regular season games + 2 playoff games)

GAME TIMES: Start times are allocated between 6:30pm and 8:00pm. OSSC makes every effort to ensure teams receive a mix of game times and locations (where applicable).

BYE DATES: There are no bye dates.

SCHEDULE: Schedules will be posted online 2 days before your league is set to start.

TEAM ROSTERS: Team Rosters for players who registered individually will be posted for most sports five days prior to your first game. Captains who registered as a full team, must have rosters updated (all players added to your roster) prior to your first game.
