This season, we’re adding in more dodgeball action with this new mini league!

Looking to get in the game? This Dodgeball league is perfect if you:
✅ Missed registration for other OSSC leagues but don’t want to wait until Winter to play
✅ New to the city and want to meet people
✅ Already playing, but craving more recreational dodgeball in your week
✅ Are new to the sport and want to try it out for a short commitment!

This Beginner/Recreational league is mixed gender and requires at least 2 men and 2 women to start the game. Come together and play volleyball in a fun and social environment.

WINTER 2026 ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

🏆EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: This league requires teams to bring two 7 inch foam dodgeballs. Teams can choose to purchase their own approved equipment, or rent from SSC! Teams and Individual Players should visit our Equipment Rental Page for more information including price and important pick up dates.

📅# OF GAMES: 8 games (6 regular season games + 2 playoff games)

🕖GAME TIMES: Start times are allocated between 6:00pm and 9:00pm. OSSC makes every effort to ensure teams receive a mix of game times and locations (where applicable). However, many factors including number of registrations, permit cancellations and facility changes can impact both location availability and timeslots.

BYE DATES: Monday Feb 16th (Family Day), Mar 16th (March Break, Apri 6 (Easter)

SCHEDULE: Schedules will be posted online 2 days before your league is set to start.

TEAM ROSTERS: Team Rosters for players who registered individually will be posted for most sports on Thursday, February 5th. Captains who registered as a full team, must have rosters updated (all players added to your roster) prior to your first game.
